Leadership Training Course 1999
Leadership Training Association has organized the Leadership Training Course (LTC) on an annual basis since 1990. There are more than 500 young executives graduated from the LTC where different aspects of quality leadership had been introduced. A unique feature of the LTC offered by the Association is the ability to adopt and evolve in accordance with the ever-changing nature of the society. This is achieved by delegating the entire organization and execution phase of the subsequent year's LTC by graduates of the previous year where they become the pillar of the Association armed with fresh ideas that reflects the requirement of the community for new generation of leadership.
